Design Exercise
How might we create a garden that talks?
Discovery
Design constraint: The bell shaped outer shell. With the constraint of the given form, a lot of iterations were tried in order to make the planter balance.
Exploring ways to make it a self watering planter, understanding the physics of movement of the outer shell and how that would affect the water to flow inside the shell.
Illustrations and sketches denoting how weight was the centre-point for the balancing act.
Different types of indicators that can be introduced into the planter in order to help the user see how much water to pour on the inside so as to not let it topple down.
