New Design Firms project, Parsons The New School for Design. 2017

We conducted research with anthropology students, counsellors, elderly patients, caretakers of elderly patients eventually learning the journeys maps listed above. 

After putting together different concepts, while keeping in mind the current and future market trends we built out the concept 'Henre'
